Recharge method

Recharge process

Recharge restrictions

Each recharge amount shall not be less than $0.5 and shall not exceed $2500. Each account cannot be recharged more than 5 times a day and 30 times a month.

Recharge and refund

Users can apply for a refund within 72 hours before redeeming and recharging after placing a successful order, but a 10% handling fee needs to be deducted. Refund requests exceeding 72 hours will not be accepted.
